I want to compliment the staff, who in general are fabulous (professional, efficient, friendly), and three in particular: Ali at the Hop 'N Vine wine bar – he is so charming, and so knowledgeable. It is such a delight to have the wine bar, and Ali’s graciousness at the end of a long day. Brian iand another gentleman in transportation, my panicked phone call when I realized that I’d left my rolly-bag with my computer in it on the shuttle.
